Super Touch Tissue Sales Force’s Week Long Training Program

In order to ensure a robust position in the competitive market of Tissue, Super Star Group organized a six day long sales force training program for all the tissue sales representative of Super Touch Tissue. On the first day (12th January 2020) of the training program, Marketing and Business Development team introduced all the product groups, SKUs, product specifications of Super Touch Tissue. Hopefully this knowledge will ease up the sales efforts and bring more effectivity in sales performance. The rest of the days inhouse sales trainers along with professional sales trainer Mr. Razib Ahmad worked on enhancing the sales and mental skills of the sales force. The other department of the group also introduced themselves and their activities.

There were some motivation enhancement sessions as well, where the trainees were motivated by the financial advisor of SSG Mr. Md. Shafiqul Islam, Super Touch Tissue’s C.O.O. Mozibur Rahman, Head of Sales- Sayed Ashraful Alam, Head of Sales Admin- Mr. Masud Al Amin, Marketing Manager Mr. Raihan Kabir and Deputy Manager of H.R. Mr. Md. Monir Hossain.
